Ecosistemas’ Executive Management hereby issues this Integrated Management Policy. Ecosistemas is a company dedicated to delivering IT-related solutions. This policy applies to the sale, design, development, and implementation of software; software verification and validation (“Testing Factory”); and the provision of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support services (“Tech Support”). It also encompasses the Information Security Management System, whose scope includes the administration, operation, and technical support of the internal technology infrastructure managed by the IT department. Through this policy, Executive Management affirms its commitment to the following fundamental principles:

• Meet customers’ needs and expectations by providing high-quality services and applying the leading information technology practices available in the market.
• Continuously improve the quality of processes and services while meeting the requirements established by ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of an efficient, integrated management system for all interested parties.
• Protect information by providing the resources necessary to implement, maintain, and continually improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS), thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
• Provide personnel with an appropriate work environment and ensure the development of the competencies required for their assigned roles.
• Establish methods for procuring external services and products and for managing internal services that ensure fulfillment of the commitments agreed upon with customers.
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services provided.
