Integrated Management Policy (v.01)
The Management of Ecosistemas, a company dedicated to the production of IT solutions, issues this Integrated Management Policy, applicable to “Design, Development, and Implementation of Software,” “Testing Factory,” and “Tech Support,” as well as the “Information Security Management System,” through which it expresses its commitment to the following fundamental principles:
- Satisfy the needs and expectations of clients by providing services of the highest quality, applying best practices in information technology available in the market.
- Continuously improve the quality of processes and services by complying with the requirements established in ISO 9001:2025, ISO 20000-1:2028, and ISO 27001:2022.
- Ensure that the organization enables the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of an efficient and comprehensive management system for all stakeholders.
- Ensure the protection of information by providing the necessary resources to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS), guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Provide an appropriate work environment for human resources, ensuring the development of competencies applicable to the established roles.
- Establish methodologies for the acquisition of external services and products, as well as for the management of internal services, that ensure compliance with the commitments made with clients.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to the services provided.
The Management of Ecosistemas assumes the commitment to disseminate, comply with, and enforce the provisions set forth in this Integrated Management Policy.
