The Executive Management at Ecosistemas, a company specializing in the supply of IT-related solutions, sets up this Quality and Service Management Policy applicable to “Software Design, Development and Implementation”, “Testing”, and “Tech Support” through which it expresses its commitment to the following core principles:

  • Meeting the needs and expectations of our clients by providing high-quality services and applying the best information technology practices available in the market.
  • Continuously improving the quality of our processes and services by complying with the quality required by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1:2018 standards.
  • Ensuring our company enables the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of an efficient and comprehensive management system for all stakeholders.
  • Providing an adequate work environment for our human resources teams, ensuring the development of the appropriate skills for each role.
    Applying methodologies for the acquisition of third-party services and products, as well as for the management of in-company services, ensuring compliance with the commitments agreed to with our clients.
  • Adhering to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services developed.
